10.15-11.15am Gentle Yoga with Rachel McCarthy (restarts Sep 2017)
6.30-7.30pm Hot Yoga with Rachel McCarthy (restarts Sep 2017)
8.00-9.00pm Piloxing with Penny Gray-Mele

4.30-5.30pm Yoga for All (Core Strength) with Tiara Hughes (last class on 20-Jul, and then restarts on 31-Aug)

8.15-9.00am Piloxing with Penny Gray-Mele
11.00am-12.15pm Ashtanga Yoga with Kate D’Arcy (restarts Sep 2017)
