6.30-8.00pm Ashtanga Yoga with Rachel McCarthy

7.00-8.00pm Ashtanga Yoga with Rachel McCarthy (4-week course starting 27th June 2017, click here for further info and booking)

10.15-11.15am Gentle Yoga with Rachel McCarthy
6.30-7.30pm Hot Yoga with Rachel McCarthy (class restarts in Sep 2017)
8.00-9.00pm Piloxing with Penny Gray-Mele

4.30-5.30pm Hatha Yoga for Core Strength with Tiara Hughes

8.15-9.00am Piloxing with Penny Gray-Mele
